🌏 Terms & Conditions – Asian Education Olympiad (AEO)

Welcome to the Asian Education Olympiad (AEO) – a prestigious academic initiative connecting learners, schools, and educators across Asia. Participation in AEO is governed by the following terms and conditions. By registering, accessing materials, or participating in the Olympiad, you agree to comply with these terms.

📘 1. Eligibility & Participation

AEO is open to students from Nursery to Grade 12, representing all educational boards — CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IB, Cambridge, or National Curriculums of participating Asian countries.

Both schools and individual students can participate. School registration must be authorized by the school principal or coordinator.

All participants must provide accurate information during registration. Incomplete or incorrect entries may lead to disqualification.

💳 2. Registration & Fee Policy

Fee per subject per student: ₹150 INR / $2 USD approx. (based on conversion)

Fee is non-refundable, except in the case of technical errors or accidental duplicate payments.

Schools opting for bulk registrations (1000+ students) may be eligible for international incentives and rewards (details below).

All payments are to be made through official AEO channels or authorized country-wise partners.

📚 3. Subjects Offered

Pre-Primary (Nursery to UKG): English, Mathematics, EVS

Grades 1–12: English, Mathematics, Science, General Knowledge, and Digital Literacy

The content follows a mid-level difficulty, based on a fusion of national and international syllabi suitable for diverse learning backgrounds across Asia.

📦 4. Booklets, Study Materials & Delivery

Registered participants will receive digital or printed text booklets, sample papers, and practice materials.

All booklets are designed with multilingual sensitivity and adapted to Asian curricula standards.

AEO is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect addresses during dispatch.

🏆 5. Rewards & Recognition

Students: E-certificates, medals, merit badges, rank certificates

Top Schools: School trophies, academic excellence recognition, and leaderboard listing on AEO platforms

Principals/Coordinators: Opportunity to attend Fully Sponsored International Educational Tours (Thailand, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore) based on qualifying criteria.

✈️ 6. International Tour Incentive (for Schools)

Option 1:

1000 registered entries = 1 fully sponsored international trip

2000 entries = 2 trips, and so on

School receives ₹10,000 (or equivalent) to support the assigned teacher/coordination team

Option 2:

Schools with fewer than 1000 entries will receive 33% of the collected fee as a reimbursement incentive

Tours are educational networking experiences, not just leisure — connecting leaders across the Asian education sector.

🔐 7. Data Security & Privacy

AEO adheres to international data protection protocols including GDPR, COPPA, and India’s IT Act.

Personal data of students, educators, or parents will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Future platform updates may include AI-driven scoring, biometric login, and blockchain result verification to ensure trust and transparency.

📏 8. Academic Integrity

All participants must attempt the Olympiad without external help.

Any evidence of cheating, impersonation, or AI-generated responses will result in immediate cancellation.

For digital exams, AEO may use AI proctoring or webcam-based invigilation in future versions.

📊 9. Result Declaration & Certification

Results will be declared within 6 to 8 weeks after the Olympiad ends.

Final decisions regarding rankings, awards, and scholarships are made by the Academic Advisory Board of AEO.

Results will be visible via school dashboards or student logins.

🚫 10. Misuse, Blacklisting & Fair Conduct

Any school or entity attempting to manipulate participation data, misuse incentives, or re-sell study material will be permanently blacklisted from the AEO platform.

Blacklisted entities will be denied access to all future Olympiads and benefits.

📜 11. Changes & Amendments

AEO reserves the right to modify terms, subjects, policies, and reward structures based on feedback, technological updates, or academic changes.

All such updates will be announced officially through our website and official emails.

⚖️ 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

AEO is legally registered under India/Chandigarh.

All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh, unless otherwise required under international collaboration protocols.
