Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (ARO) – Asian Education Olympiad (AEO)
At Asian Education Olympiad (AEO), we are committed to providing the best academic experience for students, schools, and educators across Asia. As our services are digital and educational in nature, we have a strict but fair policy in place regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Book Orders & Physical Deliverables

All textbook orders placed through the AEO platform or authorized partners are non-returnable once dispatched.

In the event of damage during transit, incorrect book delivery, or missing items, schools or coordinators must raise a claim within 7 days of delivery by submitting photographic proof and the invoice number.

Replacements for genuine claims will be shipped free of cost after verification.

2. Registration Fees for Olympiads

Olympiad registration fees once paid are non-refundable, whether for individual or bulk registrations.

If a participant is unable to attend the examination due to medical reasons or unavoidable circumstances, their application can be deferred to the next exam cycle, provided an official written request and valid proof is submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled exam.

Registrations once confirmed cannot be transferred to another participant.

3. International Trip Rewards & Eligibility

Schools eligible for sponsored international trips (based on the number of student registrations) must confirm their participation within 10 days of receiving the official invitation.

Any cancellation from the school’s end after confirmation will void the reward and will not be reconsidered.

AEO reserves the right to reschedule the travel due to unforeseen international or regional circumstances.

4. Order Cancellations

Schools can cancel physical book orders within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.

For digital content or exam registrations, no cancellation is permitted once the payment is processed.

5. Refund Mode & Timeline

For approved refunds (in special cases only), the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

AEO is not liable for any delays caused by banking partners or payment gateways.

7. Final Rights

The Asian Education Olympiad reserves the right to amend or revise these policies at any time without prior notice. All disputes are subject to arbitration and jurisdiction under New Delhi, India.
